6 Participants 6 minutes:

Challenge/What Doesn't Work (2 minutes): One member volunteers to present a challenge they currently face. The group then offers advice, solutions, and alternative perspectives.

Success/What Works (2 minutes): Another member shares a recent success story or a project they are proud of. The group discusses the key factors contributing to the success and how others can learn from them.

One Ask/Resource (1 minute): Each member can ask a specific question or request a recommendation for a helpful resource related to their work.

Shout Out (1 minute): End positively by allowing members to shout out to someone who deserves recognition or appreciation. - 36 min total

Each attendee replies and provides input on their challenge -24 min

Additional Considerations:

Ground Rules: Respectful communication, active participation, and confidentiality.

Facilitation: Rotate the facilitator role to share the responsibility of managing time discussions and keeping the meeting on track.

Communication: communication platform (group chat SMS) to share meeting updates, resources, and announcements.
